Personalized on-site installation and training for each client location
Before your go-live date, our Clinical Services Manager will make a personal visit to your facility to train your doctors and staff on our teleradiology system. We'll be on site for go-live night to make sure everything runs smoothly for you and your staff.
Ongoing training and site visits
Ongoing training and consultation is available by request. If you have questions and issues that you feel would be best addressed by a personal visit to your site, we'll gladly set up an appointment. Even though we are a "virtual company," it's important to us to maintain a personal relationship with all of our clients.
