Mike Lampron, Chief Executive Officer
Mike Lampron is the Chief Executive Officer at Imaging On Call. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives as well as the overall growth and charter of the company. With over fourteen years of industry experience, he brings to IOC a wide breadth of knowledge of radiology informatics including all stages of design, deployment and optimization. Beyond his knowledge of imaging, Mike has a strong and proven background in operations in both the private and public corporate setting.
Prior to joining IOC, Mike worked for General Electric and IBM, two industry icons setting benchmarks for operational rigor and process improvement. He has a degree in the health sciences and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
David Jacobs, MD, Chief Radiologist
Dr. Jacobs is a Board certified radiologist. He received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Jacobs went on to complete a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and currently holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Howard Reis, Director of Business Development
Howard is the Director of Business Development and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners. He had his first taste of telemedicine while working for NYNEX Science and Technology when he assisted four of the leading Boston, Mass. teaching hospitals in the early 1990’s. He was subsequently named President of TelAssist Corp., a home telemedicine company.
Howard also has many years of experience working in the telecommunications industry, where he had extensive contact with many different hospital clients. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Hudson Valley Center for Innovation in Lake Katrine, NY and is also a long standing member of the American Telemedicine Association. Howard is a graduate of New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance.
Sean Kowaliw, Director of Clinical Operations
Sean is the Director of Clinical Operations and works across all departments at IOC to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. He has many years of experience in the PACS environment, and was most recently the Director of Training Services for AMICAS as well as their head PACS trainer.
Before AMICAS, Sean was a PACS Administrator in both Hospital and Ambulatory environments managing numerous clinical systems. Sean interacts with the workflow team, licensing and credentialing, IT and our radiologists on a daily basis to make sure our customers receive both high quality and timely reports.
